Important notice about online orders during holiday season

November is here and with it a sudden surge in holiday shopping! We always work hard to offer the best customer experience possible and the holidays are no exception to this. Part of this experience is that we make sure to always ship your orders as quickly as possible and this is more important during this time of year then ever as Canada Post and other shipping companies struggle to keep up with high shipping volumes.
In order to keep up with the increased volume we receive at this time of year, we have made the following changes:
- Pay on Pickup is not available when shopping online (you can still choose to pickup your order in store instead of having it shipped)
- Multiple orders cannot be combined after they have been placed
- We cannot add or remove items to an order after it has been placed
We will still contact you if we have any issues when filling your order and will do our best to accommodate you when any of those issues arise. We will be reverting these changes after the first week of January, as this is typically when the holiday shopping volume starts to go back to normal.
We appreciate your understanding and as always thank you very much for your business! Don't forget to place your gift orders with plenty of time in advance to account for delivery delays, it's always better to be safe then sorry.
