Temporary Hold on Lettermail Shipping

We know that lettermail is a very popular choice for shipping single cards, which is why we are happy to offer it as a shipping method whenever possible.
Within the last few weeks we have seen a large increase in lettermail delivery delays from Canada Post. As letters don't have any tracking or delivery guarantees we aren't able to resolve this issue until Canada Post has handled the letter backlog.
As a result, we are pausing the ability to ship orders by untracked lettermail until the issue is resolved. We aplogize for the trouble and will resume offering lettermail shipping as soon as we can.
