Website Soft Launch Complete!

Hey everyone, I'd like to thank you for making the soft launch of our new web store a success! I'd also like to thank you for your patience as we adjust inventory counts to meet the increased demand presented by the new websites success.

Shipping has been a big topic lately, so I'd like to take some time to focus on it now that the site has had some time to settle.

There are several different shipping options for Canadians (even more for out international customers, but we will go over that in a future article) :

• Free shipping (orders $150 or more, includes tracking) - This is our free shipping tier for Canada, once you have $150 or more before tax, we will cover your shipping costs. This will be the cheapest tracked and insured shipping option.
• Local pickup from Gamer's Lair (274 Burton Ave #33, Barrie, ON L4N 5W4) - This is exactly as it sounds, this option allows you to pick up the order from our store rather then having it shipped. We will send an email when the order is ready for pickup,
• Single Card Lettermail (No Tracking, 10 cards or less) - This option allows us to ship single cards as a letter in a standard envelope. This has a limit of 30 grams so to make sure we are always able to offer this your order might not have a packing slip included to make sure it stays under weight and fits in the mail slot.
• Single Card Lettermail (No Tracking, 11 cards or more) - This option allows us to ship single cards as a letter in an oversized envelope. Oversized letters can be up to 200 grams so they are very flexible in terms of how many cards can be included. As this must still fit in a mail slot, we cannot ship anything other then single cards as a letter.
  

In addition to the above options, we also have several parcel delivery options offered to our customers at checkout. All parcel options are tracked and insured, with pricing based on weight and distance:

• Expedited Parcel - Shipping guarantee is generally 3-4 business days, although this might be as long as 7 days business days for provinces such as British Columbia.
• Xpresspost - Shipping guarantee is generally 2-3 business days, although this might be as long as 5 days business days for provinces such as British Columbia.
• Priority - Shipping guarantee is generally 1-2 business days, although this might be as long as 3 days business days for provinces such as British Columbia.

Business days are Monday to Friday excluding Holidays. If an order is placed after 4PM EST, it will not be processed by the post office until the next business day.
